Advanced Posting

Cyber Recruiter has teamed with Broadbean to supply clients with the ability to push a job out to many job boards all at the same time. This integration requires setup with Broadbean and is available on a subscription basis.

Once activated, to use this feature navigate to the requisition file an select "Advanced Job Posting" and click "Submit".  This action will connect the user directly to Broadbean and will walk the user through a wizard with prompts for additional required information and clarification on which website should be used. 

Any information completed in the wizard will be visible on the Cyber Recruiter page for reference.  If a change needs to be made to a posting, press the "Resubmit" button to go back to the wizard and update the posting.

After a posting has been submitted, information will appear on the "Job Boards" tab showing which job boards were used for posting.  Click the "Remove" link to remove a job from a specific site or click the link URL to view the posting as it is displayed on the job board. 

NOTE:
If running in IE and getting an error about not being logged in when doing the submission process, take the following action.
