Agency Portal
Page Location: Requisition File > Agency Portal
The Agency Portal page of the requisition is only viewable to those users who have been given access to this page in the Setup.
To give an Agency, and all the agents in that Agency, access to a specific job...
- Highlight the name of the Agency and press the
 to save the page. More than one agency can be selected by using the Ctrl key to highlight multiple names.
- Click the link at the bottom of the page to email the Agents the notification that a new job is available for submission. If this step is not taken, the Agent will see the job when he/she logs into the portal but he/she will not receive a proactive email of the status of the job.
