Processes are used to make changes to many records at one time. This is where various system processes are available such as the ability to mass delete applicants, find duplicates, import or  copy code tables, and catalog skills. 

• Copy Code Table – Provides the ability to copy code from one table to another 

• Find Possible Duplicates – Provides the ability to find & delete duplicate Applicants as needed 

• Import Applicants – Provides the ability to import Excel files of Applicant information 

• Import Applicants/Attached Reqs – Provides the ability to import Excel files to tie Applicants to Requisitions 

• Import Code Tables – Provides the ability to import ASCII text files of code into the code tables 

• Import Requisitions – Provides the ability to import Excel files of Requisition information 

• Import Users – Provides the ability to import Excel files of User Login information 

• Mass Delete Applicants – Provides the ability to delete large groups of Applicant simultaneously 

• Skill Catalog – Provides the ability to parse resumes with selected skills.
