The "Website" section of the Admin menu controls views external to the core Cyber Recruiter product.

Agency Portal

The Agency Portal provides staffing agencies access to submit Applicant information online to the organization. Agencies can be set up with multiple contacts and each contact can have access to this portal. Designate the jobs the agencies should post Applicants to and then agencies can submit basic contact information, resume and add a note as needed. When Applicant information is submitted to the system, an Applicant file is created and added to the requisition. The Referral Source field is flagged as being submitted by the agency and a new page is added to the Applicant File > to track which agency and which contact at that agency submitted this applicant.

Careers Portal

The Career Portal is maintained and configured within Cyber Recruiter’s Admin section. The Career Portal assists the Administrator in configuring their web pages (career pages, online application pages and self service pages). For the career pages, the Administrator can determine if an introduction page is needed, how to browse for open employment opportunities, what the job description should look like, and how to display shortcut links to other career pages. For the online application pages, The Administrator can configure the order of the pages needed as well as the automated processes that should happen after Applicants complete the online application process. For the self service pages, the Administrator can determine what the Employees/Applicants see in the self service center: application information, job alerts, job browsing, and previous submissions.

eOffer

The E-Offer Process is a webpage which allows an Applicant to view his/her Offer Letter from a PDF on a web page and then he/she can accept or deny the offer. This portal has set up which must be set in both the Website section and the Page Builder section. The following instructions are the recommended way of setting this process up.
