The table above displays the options available in each of the Cyber Recruiter product levels. Use the steps below to determine your level.

Do you manage recruiting for multiple companies?

Not sure if you need Professional or Enterprise?

If you answer 'No' to any of these questions, you should consider an Enterprise system with a database for each company.

  1. Is it okay if user’s names from both companies are in the same list (interviewers, manager, recruiter, etc.)?
  2. Is it okay if a user from one company sees fields/drop-down options unique to the other company in the drop-downs?
  3. Is it okay if a user who works for Company B sees fields unique to company A (not necessarily using them but just seeing them on the page, misc. fields for example)?
  4. Will they be leveraging the same careers site?
  5. Will they have the same workflow for the website?
  6. Will they have the same workflow and forms (interview evaluation, offer approval structure, routing options)?
