Page Location: Applicant File > Miscellaneous
Users must have "View" or "Update" access to this page in Group Security to access this information.
The Miscellaneous Page (User-defined Title) holds specific applicant information that is not captured anywhere else in the system using a standard field. The page contains 20 fields which can be used to track various information (hire date, driver's license, employee ID number, etc.).
Fields must first be established using the page in Admin > Page Builder related to Miscellaneous fields for the Applicant.
Then, on this page, the fields capture the information for historical and reporting purposes. Applicants or Employees can be granted access to provide information for specific fields on this page via the security set up in the Self Service module.
