The Admin > Maintenance Tools page allows an Administrator of Cyber Recruiter to perform quick maintenance updates from one screen instead of navigating to other Admin pages or to the Query page for mass updates. We recommend purging the email, error and login history logs semi-annually.
It is recommended that a backup of the system be done before globally removing data. In addition, it is strongly recommend that a hard-copy record of the Search Log be printed in case of an OFCCP audit.
Remove Routings from Home Page
This feature removes outstanding routing requests from the Home page view. Taking this action does not remove the routing record from the applicant's file. The original record will still show but the line will be marked that it was deleted without receiving a response.

Hold down the Ctrl key to highlight users. One or all users can be highlighted. Highlighting a user name triggers the system to remove routings for that particular user |
Press the disk icon in the header to start the process. This process cannot be un-done BUT, if a user does want to record a response to a routing it can be done manually from the Routing tab of the Activity page in the applicant's file.
Purge Error Log
This function removes all errors logged under Admin > Logs > Error Log. Enter in a date for comparison. All error messages sent UP TO AND INCLUDING this date will be removed.
Purge Email Log
This function removes all emails logged under Admin > Logs > Email Log. Enter in a date for comparison. All email messages sent UP TO AND INCLUDING this date will be removed.
Purge Login History
This function removes all login history logged under Admin > Security > Login History. Enter in a date for comparison. All login records recorded UP TO AND INCLUDING this date will be removed.
Purge Search Log
This function removes all searches logged under Admin > Logs > Search Log. Enter in a date for comparison. All searches performed sent UP TO AND INCLUDING this date will be removed.
Create Report Writer Thumbnails
The Report Writer tool has pictures (or thumbnails) when the report is accessed via the Report List. If a report is viewed the system will automatically bring up the thumbnail the next time it is accessed. This option forces all the reports to create the thumbnails before actually viewing the report.
Manually Import Alert
It allows a Visibility Software staff member to create the SQL statement which creates an Alert so a client with high security doesn’t have to go to the normal page to import it from the Visibility Software public server.
