What do Agents see in the Agency Portal
This section provides insight into the various features and views which can be presented to agent of a staffing agency. The pages described will be with ALL features and ALL pages activated but we highly recommend tailoring the Agency Portal website to company needs using the Website > Agency Portal site section.
The Agency will receive an email requesting for their assistance in filling a position. After the requirements have been reviewed, click the Agency Portal button to login into the system.
When you click on the Agency Portal hyperlink, the login page will display
Login: the user name created in the agency portal setup
Password: Click here to reset your login information
The password will be emailed to you. Once received, enter the login credentials

Once logged in your will land on this page:
To submit an applicant to a position, click on the position title.
After reviewing the job qualifications, click the Submit Applicant button to start the process.
