Request an Offer

The following will help you set up an offer request

 

  1. Go to the Applicant File
  2. Go to the Activity Page > Offers Tab and add a new record
  3. Select the appropriate requisition for which the offer is being made
  4. Select the status of ‘5a-Offer Requested’
  5. Complete all other needed fields on the first tab. Do not put a dollar sign ($) in with the offer amount.

    Skip steps 6-8 if offer has been pre-approved or no approval is needed

  6. On the second tab select the ‘Approvers’ to notify as needed.
  7. Click Email First Approver
  8. Click Email Notification to Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager of the Req if needed
  9. Click the Save icon
