Evaluate Applicants From the Inbox

 

The following steps will help you evaluate an applicant if you elect to have his/her information sent directly to your Cyber Recruiter Inbox


  1. Click the Profile and Resume hyperlinks to evaluate the applicant or click on the applicant’s name and go to the application and resume pages of his/her file
  2. Click the Status hyperlink (not the job title),  in the Attached Reqs column to record the response/ for appropriate requisition
    1. Select the New Status from the available list

      Note: “As of” defaults to system date, but may be changed

    2. Check “Change all reqs…” if it is necessary based on the evaluation
    3. Check “Delete from Inbox” only if you are through with this applicant
    4. Check to Email Recruiter or Email Hiring Manager as needed to update him/her on the applicant’s status change
    5. Clicks “Save Changes
  3.  If not qualified Recruiter emails the applicant the “2-Thanks but No Thanks” email
  1. Click the check box to the left of the applicant’s name and select the Email icon
  2. Select “by choosing an existing correspondence template” ,in the Create email field  
  3. Click Continue
  4. Select “2-Thanks but No Thanks”, from the drop down list
  5. Click Preview
  6. Update the email if needed.
  7. Click Continue
  8. After previewing the finished email – Click Send
