Route From Within the Requisition

The following steps will guide you in routing an applicant's information fro within the requisition

 

  1. In the Req List click the Code for the Requisition of the applicant(s) being routed (note the requisition may also be found using the Requisition >Find Requisition menu option.)
  2. Select the Applicants page from the drop down
  3. You can set a Filter or Group Setting to limit the new applicant list
  4. Check the box located in the top right of the table header, to select all applicants
  5. Note: to select some applicants and not all, click the box to right of his/her name
  6. Click the Route button
  7. Select other Users to route the applicant’s information to
  8. Check the Add to Inbox(es) field if you would like the routed information to go to the recipient’s Cyber Recruiter Inbox
  9. Select the Requisition from drop down list
  10. Check the box “Route to supervisor of this Requisition” (verify the appropriate hiring manager’s name appears after doing so)
  11. Select “3-Routed to Hiring Manager” in the Change Status to field
  12. Select “Send separate email for each applicant”
  13. Check “Allow response” (must be checked for the status response links to be included in the routing email.)
  14. Check “Email response back to sender”
  15. Check “Update applicant’s req status” (only available if sending to one person)
  16. Enter a note to the recipient(s) if desired
  17. Click Save Changes
