Applicant New Hire Report

This report pulls all applicants/employees in the system based on your filtering criteria so that you can review HIRED applicants. If you would like to see for the quarter, year, etc... who was hired and where they came from (Referral Source) this would be a quick and simple report to run. This report's strength is its easy format as there are not calculations and other analysis considerations. Rather just straightforward information which also makes it easy to pass out as needed.

Filter Options

  1. Hire Date Range: Enter the date range for comparison against  the Status Date of the hire:  Pulls from the Applicant File > Activity Page > Assigned Reqs Tab > Status Date
  2. Applicant Status: Pulls from the Applicant File > Status/History Page > Overall Status
  3. Referral Source: Pulls from the Applicant File > Application Page > General Tab > Referral Source
  4. Position Desired: Pulls from the Applicant File > Application Page > General Tab > Position Desired

Report Results

  • Column 1: Applicant Name (Applicant File > Demographics Page)
  • Column 2: App Date (Applicant File > Status/History Page)
  • Column 3: Hire Date (Applicant File > Activity Page > Assigned Reqs Tab)
  • Column 4: Requisition (Applicant File > Activity Page > Assigned Reqs Tab)
  • Column 5: Referral Source (Applicant File > Application Page)
