Standard Reports
Standard Report are sub-divided by section. Applicant reports are split into sections off the main menu. This is mostly for security purposes as access to each list is controlled by the Group Security.
Applicant Reports > General
General reports focus on information related to the Applicant’s process through the recruiting cycle. Highlighting a report will refresh the page and a description of the report including the fields which are captured will display at the bottom of the page. Highlight a report and press Continue to move to the filter page.
Applicant Reports > Affirmative Action
Affirmative Action reports focus on information related to the Applicant’s personal information in association with him/her as an Applicant to the organization or to a specific requisition. Highlighting a report will refresh the page and a description of the report including the fields which are captured will display at the bottom of the page. Highlight a report and press Continue to move to the filter page.
Requisition Reports
Access to requisition reports is controlled by Group Security. Granting access to Requisition rep orts will grant access to all the reports listed below. This information focuses on the Requisition process through the recruiting cycle. Highlighting a report will refresh the page and a description of the report including the fields which are captured will display at the bottom of the page. Highlight a report and press Next to move to the filter page.
