Conduct a Reference Check

 

The following steps will help you to conduct reference checks from information provided by the applicant

 

  1. Find your Applicant in Cyber Recruiter
  2. View References page
  3. Press the edit icon to open the reference details
  4. Based on the contact information, call the references and record feedback
  1. If the reference is unavailable, add a note in the Notes page (not the note section of the reference) and put in a follow up date to call back. This creates a To-Do item and will put a reminder on your home page on the due date.
