This page stores the captions for any non-page specific fields and drop-downs not controlled by Admin > Codes.  This page does not extend to other areas of the software.  Meaning that changing the caption here does not change it for the user view or the printable view of the application.  All fields on this page MUST have a value; any value is acceptable and does not need to be what is defaulted into the field. If there is not a value, the page will prompt for a value before allowing the pages (any tab of the Main page) to be saved.
