Affirmative Action Applicant List

This report pulls all applicants/employees in the system based on your filtering criteria so that you can clearly see the personal information collected. If you need to have a listing of applicants who applied during a specific time and you need the details of the personal information, this is a good report to run. 

Filter Options

  1. Date Range: Enter the date range for comparison against a date
  2. Define the Applicant using the status selection and date option.  This is the filter which will be applied.
Option Pulls From  What This Means 
All applicants with an Application Date within the given range. Status/History Page > Original Application The report will include applicants who were added into the system within the specified range.
All applicants with an Application Date within the given range and with at least one requisition attached to them. Status/History Page > Original Application The report will include applicants who were added to the system within the specified range BUT will exclude anyone who doesn't have a requisition attached.  So, this will exclude people who just submitted resumes but didn't pick a position.
All applicants with at least one requisition attached to them and an Assign Date within the given range and with one of the statuses below. Activity Page > Assigned Reqs Tab > Assign Date & Current Status The report will include only applicants who applied to a position during the date range entered AND who have a status which is highlighted in the list of statuses (use the ctrl key to select multiple statuses). 
All applicants with an Application Date within the given range and with a one of the following overall status(es). Status/History Page > Original Application Date and Overall Status The report will include applicants who were added to the system within the specified range  AND who have a status which is highlighted in the list of statuses (use the ctrl key to select multiple statuses).

Report Options

Check mark an option to include additional data.  One, multiple, all or none of the items can be added to the parameters of the report. 

Option What Does This Do? 
Count applicants with missing gender/race information? Ensures that ALL applicants are include on the report.  If this option is NOT checked, only applicants with gender/race information will be included on the report.
Show Summary Only Does not include the details of the applicants.  Only the summary information will be displayed.
Export to Excel Don't preview at all but send the report directly to excel. 

Report Results

This report posts codes for all the details with the exception of the Status.  Below is a list of meanings for the codes.  Ethnic Origin codes are unique to each system and can be changed; so, reference the codes section for ethnic origins for the descriptions for the codes which appear on the report. 

M = Male
F = Female
Y = Yes
N = No
X = Info Withheld

Details

  • Column 1: Applicant Name (Applicant File > Demographics Page)
  • Column 2: Application Date (Applicant File > Status/History Page > Application Date)
  • Column 3: Gender (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Gender)
  • Column 4: Ethnic (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Race)
  • Column 5: Hispanic (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Hispanic/Latino)
  • Column 6: Disabled (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Individual with Disabilities)
  • Column 7: Vietnam Era Veteran (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Vietnam Era Veteran)
  • Column 8: Disabled Veteran (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Disabled Veteran)
  • Column 9: Other Protected Veteran (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Other Protected Vet)
  • Column 10: Recently Separated Veteran (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Recently Separated Veteran)
  • Column 11: Service Medal Veteran (Applicant File > Demographics > EEO > Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran)
  • Column 12: Overall Status  (Applicant File > Status/History Page > Applicant Status)

Summary

Report summary includes totals for the following fields.  This report does not include counts for the various ethnic origins because the codes can fluctuate based on each system's code structure.

  • Applicants (counts each person)
  • Males (counts each person flagged with a "M" in the gender field)
  • Females (counts each person flagged with a "F" in the gender field)
  • Individuals with Disabilities (counts each person with a "Y" in this field)
  • Vietnam Era Veterans (counts each person with a "Y" in this field)
  • Disabled Veterans (counts each person with a "Y" in this field)
  • Other Protected Veterans (counts each person with a "Y" in this field)
  • Recently Separated Veterans (counts each person with a "Y" in this field)
  • Service Medal Veterans (counts each person with a "Y" in this field)
  • Hispanic (counts each person with a "Y" in this field)
