Can I Use Google Analytics

Yes!

When you create your google analytic account they should give you a block of code that looks something like this…

<script type="text/javascript">

var _gaq = _gaq || [];
_gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-XXXXX-X']);
_gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);

(function() {
var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';
var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);
})();

</script>

Whoever maintains your Cyber Recruiter careers site will then need to embed this code into the Careers.aspx and AppSelfService.aspx pages of your website controlled by Cyber Recruiter in the HEAD section.

If Visibility Software is hosting your site, please contact our support staff with this information and we will embed the controls into your page.

Can we track complete submissions?

Yes and no.  Because Cyber Recruiter has completely encrypted pages (that crazy looking URL) there is not a unique page which is tracked for each page of the process nor the final 'Thank You' page.  Cyber Recruiter's careers pages are designed this way to protect your network and your SQL database.

However, embedding the control on the 'careers.aspx' page will track who accesses the site and embedding the control on the 'appselfservice.aspx' page will track who starts the application process.  This will allow you to track the adwords campaigns back to conversions related to general looking vs applications.  Then, using the tools in Cyber Recruiter you will be able to track who actually reached the Thank You page if you are using two different statuses (Incomplete vs Applicant, for example) to determine the success rate of the application process.
