Abila - Hire Into

To transfer an applicant to Abila as a new hire, go to Applicants > Hire Into Abila in Cyber Recruiter.

A user must have his/her name highlighted in the security list in the setup of this integration in order to access this page. 

On the page which appears, do a normal Cyber Recruiter search to find the person to hire.

All information which is currently in the applicant/requisition file will be pulled to this page for review before sending it to Abila.  Make any adjustments which should be made before pressing Submit. If any problem was encountered, a message will display explaining the problem.

Tab Field  Notes
New Hire Hire Date  Date will default to the current date
  Start Date Date will default to the current date 
  Employee No

Will auto-generate if specified in the setup. This field is required for the export.

 

NOTE: this is not an option with the Abila's "Cloud"option.

  Requisition Select the job for which this applicant is being hired. It is used to fill in the fields for recruiter, processing group, department, location, and job code. 
  Recruiter

Will update with a read-only view of the Recruiter assigned to the requisition.

  Supervisor

Will update with a read-only view of the Supervisor assigned to the requisition.

 

Note: This does not transfer to the HR Management module

  Processing Group

Will default to the code assigned to the requisition based on the setup specified. This is the processing group established in MIP and the HR Management module. 

 

Note: This code will be sent to the HR Management module based on the mapping in the setup.  

  Department

Will default to the code assigned to the requisition based on the setup specified. 

 

Note: This code will be sent to the HR Management module based on the mapping in the setup.  

  Location

Will default to the code assigned to the requisition based on the setup specified.

 

Note: This code will be sent to the HR Management module based on the mapping in the setup.  

  Job Code

Will default to the code assigned to the requisition based on the setup specified.

 

Note: This code will be sent to the HR Management module based on the mapping in the setup.  

  Pay Type Select if the pay will be hourly or salaried.
  FTE The default is '1' which will send over 100% to the Abila.  Lesser values can be entered in a decimal format (0.6, 0.3, etc.)
  Job Start Date Date will default to the current date
  Base Rate Enter a value into  ONE of the following fields depending on the type of wages paid
   Current Salary Enter the pay period amount to pay if the person is a salaried employee.
   Hourly Rate Enter the hourly rate if the person is paid hourly.
 
Annual Enter the annualized rate
  Normal Hours Enter the normal hours to pay per pay period. Up to 4 decimal places can be included.
  Pay Effective Date will default to the current date

 

Changing values on this tab will also update the demographics page of Cyber Recruiter

  Cell Phone Note: The format will be xxx-xxx-xxxx. If the number is entered in any other format, field will update the format. 
  Email Note: This will complete the 'email address' field in the HR Management Module.

  Smoker Note: There is no field in Cyber Recruiter for this information.  Entering a value will push data to Abila but it will not be saved in Cyber Recruiter.
  Birth Date  
  Individual with Disability The 'Individual with Disability' field is mapped to the answer from the US Disability Form. If the applicant answered 'Yes' then it will populate with a 'Yes'. If 'No', then 'no'.  If 'refused' it will be blank on the page.  If you are a Canadian employer the field will need to be manually entered.
  Vietnam Era Veteran  
  Disabled Veteran  
  Other Protected Veteran  
  Recently Separated Veteran  
  Armed Forces Service Medal Veteran
