xCurrent User Statistics

Page Location: Admin > Security > Current User Statistics

The Current User Statistics menu item of Admin > Security is a table that provides statistics about each User in the system.

Checking one of the filters options or selecting a group from the drop-down will expand the list (not limit).

Filter Option Result 
Recruiters  References the User Security and will limit the list to those users who have 'Recruiter' set to Yes.
Hiring Manager     References the User Security and will limit the list to those users who have 'Supervisor' set to Yes.
All Groups This drop-down box references the Group and User Security and will limit the list to those users who have the assigned Group security selected.   

Column  Data 
Check Box Check the box next to the user name to activate the row for use with the email feature. 
# Open Reqs Three columns will count up the number of requisitions assigned to this user based on his/her role.
  Recruiter Counts the number of open requisition where this user is listed as the Recruiter.
  Hiring Manager Counts the number of open requisition where this user is listed as the Supervisor. 
  Approver Counts the number of open requisition where this user is listed in the approval chain.
Unanswered Routings Counts the number of applicants routed to this user which are unanswered (meaning that the system does not have a response written on the Routing page for this routing)

If this number is high (above 100), that means the user most likely has a lot of action items on his/her Home page which can cause performance issue.
Apps in Inbox Counts the number of applicants in the user's Inbox view.

If this number is high (above 400), that means the user most likely has a lot of records in his/her Inbox view which can cause performance issue.
Future Interviews Counts the number of applicants for which this user is scheduled as an interviewer in the future. 

Upon looking at the statistics, another user can email particular Users as necessary. Check the box in front oaf a User’s name and then click the Email button. This will launch a screen where the user can create a quick email. Create the email as needed using the drop-down list to add merge fields where needed. Merge fields will fill in the appropriate information based on the user's account which is being selected.  Click the Preview Button when done.

Field Option  Expected Data 
User ID Pulls the User ID for the user.
User's Full Name Pulls the full name of the user.
User's Initials Pulls the initials from the user account for the user.
# Applicants in Inbox Pulls the number of applicants this user has in his/her inbox.
Future Interviews Pulls the number of applicants for which this user has interviews scheduled.
Open Reqs Where Recruiter Pulls the number of applicants this user is the recruiter of an open requisition.
Open Reqs Where Supervisor Pulls the number of applicants this user is the supervisor of an open requisition.  
Open Reqs Where Approver Pulls the number of applicants this user is in the approval chain of an open requisition.
Hyperlink to Login Page Provides a link to the login URL for the system so the user has quick access to log in.


 Review how the email will look to User(s) and attach any available attachments as needed. When done click the Send button.
