Conduct a Phone Screen

 

The following steps will help you set up a phone screen

 

  1. Go to the Applicant File
  2. Select the Notes page from the drop down
  3. Click Add New Record
  4. Note Type will be “Left Message” or “Phone Screen”
  5. If note templates are used, right click in the note box to select the desired template from the list

    -OR-

  6. Enter the notes from the phone screen or message left
  7. Highlight Users who should receive an email with a copy of this note (if desired)
  8. Click the Save Changes icon
  9. Change the status of the Applicant > Activity Page (only after the actual phone screen) using one of the statuses
