On-boarding Questionnaire

Page Location: Applicant File > Questionnaire

Based on Group Security settings, users can view or update the Questions.  Additionally, if the system is an Enterprise system, a user can also create the merged forms and attach the documents to the attachments page. 

This page is 100% configurable via the On-boarding page in Page Builder.  The goal of this page is to capture additional information which may not have been captured during the application process.  


Express and Professional

Fields on this page are linked to the Demographics page.  Making a change on this page will update the information on the Demographics page.  The page works in conjunction with the tasks feature to assign the page to the applicant, capture additional information and "port" the data back to the standard fields in the system. 


Enterprise

Fields on this page are either (1)  linked to the Demographics page (Making a change on this page will update the information on the Demographics page) or (2) custom fields created by the Cyber Recruiter administrator designed to capture information not in Cyber Recruiter.  The page works in conjunction with the tasks feature to assign the page to the applicant, capture additional information and "port" the data back to the standard fields in the system. 

 

Additionally, clicking on the PDF icon in the header will merge all the data from the page into the fill-able forms and attach it to the attachments page.
